Most custom engraving orders are completed within 7–15 business days, depending on the size, detail, and complexity of the project. Larger projects, bulk orders, and highly detailed 3D wood maps may require additional production time.Once your order is complete, it will be carefully packaged and shipped with tracking information provided. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to meet your timeline.
Can I customize a map?Yes! Our 3D wood maps can be customized to create a unique piece designed around your special location. Our 3D wood maps are made using Baltic birch plywood, selected for its clean surface, consistent engraving, and natural wood grain. Each piece of wood has its own unique grain pattern and characteristics, making every finished map slightly different.Our maps are carefully cut, engraved, assembled, and finished by hand to create a detailed and lasting piece of wood artwork.

Yes! We can engrave custom logos for businesses, organizations, and personal projects.For the best engraving results, provide a high-quality image file such as:SVG or DXF vector files: Best for clean lines, logos, cutting, and scoring because they can be scaled without losing quality.PNG, JPG, or JPEG raster images: Common formats for logos, graphics, and photos that can be converted and prepared for laser engraving.We can help prepare your logo for laser engraving if needed.Logo engraving is available on many materials, including wood and slate products.

Because custom engraved products are made specifically for each customer, customized and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.If a customized item arrives damaged or destroyed during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order details. Once the damage is confirmed, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.Non-customized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
