**Design Note: The black areas shown in the design preview are the areas that will be engraved (cut out) on the tumbler. The remaining areas will retain the original powder coat tumbler finish.

Ordering & Processing
Tumblers available through our website are made to order and typically take 3–5 business days to process before shipping. Custom tumbler orders may require additional processing time depending on the design and artwork.
*At this time, 20oz black tumblers are the only color & size available for engraving through our website. Different tumbler colors and finishes require different engraving settings and additional testing to ensure the best results. As we continue testing additional colors, more options may become available in the future.

Tumbler Care & Washing Instructions
All of our painted tumbler designs use enamel-based paint. The enamel requires approximately 7–9 days to fully cure, so please handle your tumbler with care even after you receive it.
All powder-coated tumblers should be hand washed and should not be placed in a dishwasher. We especially recommend hand washing your tumbler when you first receive it; a light wash is safe. Avoid hitting, scraping, or otherwise damaging the engraved or painted areas. Proper care will help protect the finish and keep your tumbler looking its best.
