2. Products and Services

TC Custom Engraving provides custom-engraved and personalized products, including but not limited to wood, slate, glass, and drinkware items.

Because many products are custom-made, slight variations in color, engraving depth, size, and appearance may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

3. Custom Orders & Customer Content

When placing a custom order, you may submit text, images, logos, or other materials ("Customer Content"). By submitting Customer Content, you confirm that:

You own the rights to the content or have permission to use it
The content does not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
The content does not contain offensive, illegal, or prohibited material

TC Custom Engraving is not responsible for errors in custom orders that result from incorrect information or files provided by the customer. Please review all order details carefully before submitting.

4. Order Processing & Turnaround Time

Processing times are estimates and begin after payment is received and order details are approved.

Orders of 10 items or fewer typically process within 2 business days
Orders of 100–200 items typically process within 4–5 business days

Processing times do not include shipping transit time and may vary due to order complexity, material availability, or high order volume.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

6. Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Once an order has been shipped, TC Custom Engraving is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the shipping carrier.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the personalized nature of custom products:

Custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the item arrives damaged or defective
Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs, and graphics, is the property of TC Custom Engraving and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TC Custom Engraving shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
