1. Use of Website

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian. You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only and not to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

2. Products and Services

TC Custom Engraving provides custom-engraved and personalized products, including but not limited to wood, slate, glass, and drinkware items.

Because many products are custom-made, slight variations in color, engraving depth, size, and appearance may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Natural materials such as wood and slate may contain variations in grain, texture, color, knots, and surface characteristics. These natural variations are part of the uniqueness of each handmade product and are not considered defects.

 

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information without prior notice.

3. Custom Orders & Customer Content

When placing a custom order, you may submit text, images, logos, or other materials ("Customer Content"). By submitting Customer Content, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the content or have permission to use it

• The content does not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights

• The content does not contain offensive, illegal, or prohibited material

3.1 Custom Map Products

Custom 3D wood maps require design preparation and production time due to the detailed nature of each project. Customers are responsible for verifying requested locations, markers, labels, and personalization details before production begins.

TC Custom Engraving is not responsible for errors in custom orders that result from incorrect information or files provided by the customer. Please review all order details carefully before submitting.

3.2 Proof Approval

If a digital proof is provided, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all spelling, names, dates, logos, and design details before production begins. Once a proof is approved, TC Custom Engraving is not responsible for errors contained in the approved design.

4. Estimated Processing Times​

3D Wood Maps

-Processing Time: 7–14 Business Days

-Each handcrafted 3D wood map is individually designed, laser cut, assembled, sanded, stained, and finished.

-Larger maps or highly customized designs may require additional time.

​​Personalized Laser Engraved Items

-Processing Time: 2–7 Business Days

-This includes personalized gifts, engraved cutting boards, ornaments, signs, and other custom engraved products.

-Processing Time: 5–10 Business Days

-Bulk orders for businesses, promotional products, awards, employee gifts, and corporate engraving projects may require additional production time depending on quantity.​

Large quantity orders are scheduled individually based on the number of items and production requirements.

4.1 Right to refuse orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4.2 Color/preview disclaimer for custom proofs

Digital previews may differ slightly from final engraved products due to material and production variation.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

6. Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Once an order has been shipped, delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact TC Custom Engraving within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage so we can assist in resolving the issue.

Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the personalized nature of custom products:

• Custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the item arrives damaged or defective

• Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Items must be unused and in original condition.

Approved damaged or defective items may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of TC Custom Engraving. Refunds or replacements are not provided for damage caused after delivery, misuse, or normal wear.

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Requests to modify a custom order after production has begun may not be possible and may be subject to additional charges.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs, and graphics, is the property of TC Custom Engraving and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TC Custom Engraving shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TC Custom Engraving from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the website, violation of these Terms, or submission of Customer Content.

11. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it for information on how we collect and use your data.

12. Changes to Terms

TC Custom Engraving shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, fires, floods, power outages, supply shortages, labor disputes, transportation delays, shipping carrier interruptions, government actions, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
