Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping
We take great care in packaging all orders to ensure they arrive safely. Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the item and level of customization. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

 

 

Customized Items
All customized or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
However, if a customized item arrives damaged or destroyed during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. Once confirmed, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.

 

 

Non-Customized Items
Non-customized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

 

 

Damaged Shipments
If any item arrives damaged due to shipping, notify us immediately so we can assist with a replacement or claim.
